8 Weeks
Saturdays, October 21-Decmeber 16 | 9:30-11 a.m.
No class November 25
Young children thrive when given open-ended, yet educational and creative opportunities to cut, tear, paint, glue, and smoosh art materials. In doing so, they are learning about how the world around them works! Each Saturday, the young children in this class will enjoy listening to a picture book followed by a hands-on, process-based art project, where they will learn skills in weaving, collage, and sculpture. Even though the process will be the focus, children will be guided to complete at least one project each week. Students do not need to sign up for all classes. You can pick and choose the classes you’d like to come to.
